Tasks
No project works without a strong team. This is the motto of the LabyMod team - we currently have over 25 active and experienced team members, and you can become one of the next. As part of the LabyMod moderation team, you are primarily responsible for providing support on our Discord server next to several other moderative tasks. Your tasks will include answering user questions, analysing technical error messages, working out and applying known solutions, handling of VoiceChat reports and generally keeping our users happy with their wide variety of requests. As part of the LabyMod moderation team, you will come into contact with recurring errors as well as new and unknown situations. Of course, you are never alone; you always have a strong team by your side. You bring with you the necessary interest and understanding for new challenges and issues. In addition to the main task of providing support, there will be other opportunities for you to contribute to the team and participate in LabyMod's development.

Requirements

• Strong LabyMod skills and good overall technical understanding
• Good English skills (written and oral) and motivation to work in an international team
• Ability to take on new challenges and situations on your own initiative
• Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn, and strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate via Discord
• Windows and .minecraft folder knowledge is required (macOS, Linux, CMD, and other knowledge is an advantage)
