I dont know if this is a bug or not but when i go into collections page to check my collected cosmetics and emotes i see the new years cosmetics in it

and because of this i am not able to receive the Special All Cosmetics cosmetic to my account,

because i dont own the new years cosmetics i dont receive the Special All Cosmetics cosmetic
and it would be cool if i could own the cosmetic again cause it would fit sick with my cosmetics
