The "Disable Speed Potion FOV" settings is sometimes working wrong.

Steps that I used to reproduce:

• Enable "Disable Speed Potion FOV"
  
• Join the server hypixel.net and go to the smash heroes lobby
• The ressource pack will try to load. I declined the pack but it's still replacing my fancy font, etc.
• Join a game of Smash Heroes using the NPC
• During the pre-game phase, the speed FOV is enabled, even if the setting is enabled and vice versa. However, it should be the other way around.
  

I assume this has something to do with server ressource packs.
