Quick Launch Button not working

When i click the "Create quick launch shortcut on desktop" Button in the Account manager nothing happens for me.
Checked my desktop for multiple times and refreshed the desktop

Operating System: Windows 10
LabyMod Version: 4.0.0+718 snapshot/e0e4beb
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9

    Could you check if you have anything in the following directory: C:\Users<your name>\AppData\Roaming.labymod\labymod-neo\quick-launcher\

    Are you sure that there is nothing important in the latest.log? It really looks like an exception has occurred

    no, nothing. Check all log files from today twice

    i renamed the folder. The folder with the files was recreated after i clicked the button but nothing happens again and there was definitely no error while pressing the button
