Hardware usage Lags cuz of insufficient CPU/RAM use

I use LabyMod 4 now since 2-3 Days, and the Performance isnt the best, so i decided to give it a look with the RivaTunaStatisticServer+Afterburner, Minecraft is a Single-Threaded game, so it doesnt really scale good with more core's, it need good singlecore performance. I have 40-50 FPS Ingame, sometimes it Drops to about 20, but my CoreUsage is at under 60%
Idk if this is a bug, or something i just dont understand. but why you dont let it Use more of the Hardware, possible, multi-core Chunk rendering. i have Allocated 8 Gigs of Ram but it only Uses 2 and a half, this is also a point that you can eventually work on.
In my opinion you should let it use more of the Hardware, if people want to save energy, or something like that, they Use a FPS Cap. :D

2023-07-11 19:57:35I now have a much bigger CPU and more RAM, a 13700KF and 32Gigs of DDR5 6400, but Labymod still dont Use this advantage, i know Minecraft in Common is a single threaded game, but isnt there a way to let the game use more Cores to be more efficient and to have more FPS? i would guess that old systems, (a lot of 4-6 core Processors) would perfectly take the advantage of it? In my pov there is a lot of unused Potential, hopefully you guys can bring MC to use more of the Users Hardware, when not LabyMod 4 will stuck at low FPS at a lot of systems, what results in a lot of player dont want to play it, cause it isnt a flowless Gaming experience.
On Places with 200 Entities my FPS drop down to 40, yess 200 Entities isnt really nothing, but i would mean with this hardware ther is a lot of unused potential, my CPU has a 9%Workload, i allocated 24Gigs to MC and it only uses 4.7 Active? It also just uses 30%of my GPU. With Shader it drops down to 30 and the only difference is that it uses 40% of my GPU.
So, yess, in my Opinion its still relevant, even if i play with Shader LabyMod wont use more Hardware, what means in some cases i drop down to 40 FPS, wich isnt really nice.
my System(idk if this is relevant):
