Black screen when switching windows

i start mc and i have a black screen, e.g. when i click alt tab and the black screen is for 5 seconds and only e.g. with mc it goes to discord and the same way back i had it always when i didn’t update labymod and i had to turn off and this update was doing and already everything worked and currently in the launcher I have automatic update turned on in the settings and nothing happens to me and it's hard to play because of it because it's very annoying clip: https://youtu.be/DP4BWXfdkJU
