Lootboxes not appearing after purchase

I bought the Vampire Wings and was notified I've also received two Halloween loot boxes. However, I'm unable to open them in-game as they appear as shown in the screenshot and my dashboard says that I haven't purchased any.

Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
Installed Addons: CustomNameTags, Spoify, Flux, BetterPerspective, PingTag, ChatTime
