Add Borderless window mode

i have been using the client for only a few days now and have been bummed that the client minimizes whenever i click anywhere. I have found a fix by using some keyboard shortcuts to enable borderless window mode but it would be nice if i could just enable it in the client settings.

    There already is a setting called Borderless Window (only on Windows)
