So. I was just playing on a server, which is currently on maintenance.
There we have a user server system, where you can create your own server on the server network. I was just testing something from our own system regarding the tab list and then discovered, that, when I directly connected from one user server to one specific other one, the players were now listed sideways and not underneath eachother. You can see it in this picture: https://laby.net/post/gzAfZmfF ; I tried that again and the same occured. But only from this user server to the other one. When I tried it the other way around, there was no problem. I then tried it again with Vanilla Minecraft twice and there was no problem. So the issue had to be connected with LabyMod 4. We then also looked in our system, if our code was the problem, but that wasn't the case. And that would be quite improbable, because the tab list didn't just normally extend sideways like, when there would be three colums or anything. Thus the problem has to come from LabyMod 4.

The problem with this bug is, that it's quite hard to reproduce it for you, since it's a server network under maintenance and only occures with this specific user server.
But I hope you're somehow able to use this information and deal with the issue.
