[Bug/Idea] Keybinds Bound to Mouse Buttons

There's an issue that vanilla Minecraft 1.8 has where keybinds bound to mouse buttons do not work in inventories when hot keying, moving items around, etc.
Another similar issue is that Mouse button 4 in combination with a modifier key (Shift, Control, etc.) is detected as mouse button 5 (was fixed in Minecraft 17w43a).
