Artifacts problem

When I want to start LabyMod in 1.8.9, it loads all the time and it says "Download Artifacts...". I also tested this in 1.20.4, 1.19.4 and 1.18.2 and had the same problem.
Operating System: Windows 10
LabyMod Version: 3.9.61
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9
