Motion Blur bug

While looking into the sky the motion blur is creating stripes.
I set the % to 100 so its easier to see it on video. Its also there when i play with 60.
It also appears while looking into glass with a dark background for example black concrete.
I tried using other Motion Blur modes but they are not even working for me. They just look like without it.
