Friends don't load + can't join worlds

Description
A bug that don't load your friendslist even when fixing all main issues and having a good stable connection. Whenever this bug appears, its also undoable to join any friends server f.e. gportal.com server. Restarting the game and the app doens't fix and a hard pc reset neither.
