When using the Labymod Launcher and selecting the German language from the available language options, the chosen language is not retained after closing and reopening the launcher. Instead, the launcher reverts to the original language, which is English. This issue prevents users from maintaining their preferred language setting and can be frustrating for German-speaking users who prefer to use the application in their native language.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the Labymod Launcher.
2. Locate the language settings option, usually found in the launcher's settings or preferences menu.
3. Choose "German" (Deutsch) as the desired language.
4. Confirm the language selection and ensure that the launcher interface switches to German successfully.
5. Close the Labymod Launcher.
6. Reopen the Labymod Launcher.
7. Observe that the launcher language has reverted to English instead of retaining the previously selected German language.

Expected Behavior:
After selecting the German language from the language options and closing and reopening the Labymod Launcher, the interface should remain in German. The chosen language preference should persist across launcher sessions until the user decides to change it again.

Actual Behavior:
Upon closing and reopening the Labymod Launcher, the language setting resets to English, regardless of the previously chosen language (German).
