No Minecraft Sound with Prism Launcher

Description

Default Minecraft Sounds in LabyMod 4 are not playing with Prism Launcher. When installed to default Minecraft Launcher sounds do work. Sounds work when launching a new instance of 1.8.9 without LabyMod in Prism Launcher. In the console the error is Unable to play unknown soundEvent. New Sounds in the LabyMod GUI do work though. This is a fresh install of LabyMod 4 and Prism Launcher. My suspicions are the sounds.json file, or all the sounds are just missing. I tried using a resource pack with the default sounds and a new sounds.json file and the sounds are back.
