Problems downloading server resource packs

Description
When I connect on Cytooxien, the cleint tries to load the server resource pack but stops at about 80% and freezes.

The problem is solved when I connect to Vanilla. Could also be reproduced by 2 people.
Operating System: Windows 10
LabyMod Version: 4.0.0+708 snapshot/52a3b5
Minecraft Version: 1.19.3
