Voicechat is not working

Hey,
so my friend`s voicechat is not working anymore. He tried to reinstall the addon, reconnect and changed versions from 1.20.1 / .2 to 1.8.9 and other versions but voicechat doesnt work there aswell...
However as soon as he changed to Labymod 3 it worked, so it must be just a problem on Labymod 4 for him.

Operating System: Windows 11
LabyMod Version: 4.1.4
Minecraft Version: 1.20.2 / 1.20.1 / 1.8.9
Installed Addons: Optifine, CustomCrosshair, Voicechat, DamageIndicator, Laby´s Waypoints, CustomNameTags, AutoGG, Resourcepacks24, Spotify, Low Fire, HDSkins, Death Finder, FriendTags, ItemPhysics, Full Bright, Friends4Chat, CustomHurtCam, Laby´s Minimap, Flux, BetterPerspective, ToggleSneak

    Deactivate VoiceChat Backup Server in The Addon Configurations. The Backup Server is Offline.
