Basic cape physics á la Minecraft Dungeons

LabyMod should not add hyperrealistic physics to capes but rather remake the cape physics of Minecraft Dungeons since they're the "Mojang-approved" way to have cape physics in Minecraft. Also the capes wouldn't look too stiff.
The capes in Minecraft Dungeons are split into two model parts and the bottom part is wiggling to the sides by your movement. The top model is pretty much default. Standing still would make the top model being diagonal like the normal cape but the bottom model is rather vertical.
This functionality should only work for lifetime LabyMod capes and original Minecraft capes.
