Can't use resourcepack24

I have installed the latest version of labymod and i can't use the addon resourcepack24. I even reinstalled the addon and restarted laby's client but still cant use it. Any help?
Operating System: Windows 10
LabyMod Version: 4.2.7
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9
Installed Addons: Full bright - Damage indicator - Spotify - CustomBlockOverlay - Flux - Low Fire - Resourcepacks24
