Own Name tag not properly transparent when sneaking

Description:
It is possible to view the own name tag when playing in third person.
However when sneaking, the name tag is not properly displayed.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Launch LabyMod
  2. Go to "Options..."
  3. Press on "LabyMod" at the top.
  4. Make sure that "Show Own Name" is enabled
  5. Join a server or create a singleplayer world
  6. Go in third person
  7. Move the up, so the name tag is hovering over the character.
  8. Notice when sneaking that the name tag is not transparent and displays the blocks under the player.

Observed result:
The name tag is not properly transparent when sneaking in third person.

Expected result:
The name tag should be displayed transparent when sneaking in third person.

    This can be used as an unfair advantage when standing on glass blocks, as this makes it possible to view through your character and through the glass blocks.
