I think this does not exist yet. It is cool that every user is able to upload his own capes. But what would be about the feature that you can also use GIF Capes. Like on Badlion. Also if you want to make some money out of this idea you could make 2 cape Versions: Normal (Only Pictures) and Premium (Pictures and GIFs)
