More crosshair mod options

I have 2 simple things which in my opinion are *definitely* missing in the crosshair mod (addon).
- The ability to change the scale of the crosshair
- The ability to disable the custom crosshair, but keep the other settings (so I could use the crosshair from my texturepack but still display it in third person).
