Button are not highlighted while navigating with tab
Description
While navigating through menus using the tab key the currently selected button is not highlighted. For example: if you are in the main menu and press tab 5 times, no button is highlighted, but pressing enter will still open the Options menu, so it seems to be just a visual error.
