  This idea was suggested many times and was declined everytime.

     1. LabyMod should be as near to vanilla as possible. LabyMod is meant as a pvp mod.
     2. LabyMod Users would have to download a lot of data when animated capes are introduced. Which would be annoying for users with bad connection.
     3. The LabyMod servers would need even more performance.
     4. A lot of users have a bad PC and for this users is it really annoying to have lags.
     5. Users would use p**n for their capes.

  Also, please use the search function before adding an entry as this was already suggested before.
