Lower Mc Versions don't support Mojang Capes

Mc versions 1.8.9 and 1.12.2 don't show Og Mojang Capes, instead they only show the Optifine Cape.
Even when choosing "No Cape" in the Skin> Cape settings it still shows the OF Cape.
In 1.21.5 it works fine.
