Chat in Background & newest lines override previous

Description
The chat seems to be in the background when having advanced chat enabled so that some messages are hidden due to the hotbar. It's overlapping because the hotbar is in the foreground. Even when having the chat open.
Another little bug can be explained best in pictures:

Underscores or anything that sticks out of a line gets overwritten by other lines.
(Tested without any addons or mods.)
