Scroll wheel not changing Movement Speed in Spectator

Description
Normally using the scroll wheel in spectator mode will increase or decrease your movement speed to allow you to fly faster or fly more precisely, but this isn't working on this version of LabyMod. I also noticed that scrolling will cycle through the spectator mode menu with the teleport to player buttons which I don't think happens in vanilla Minecraft.
