Chat wont work after tabbing out, Scroll not working

Description

Im using borderless fullscreen for what its worth

  1. Scroll wheel not working inside chat.
  2. After tabbing out and then tabbing back in, chat doesn't work sometimes
    Can't figure out if that's what's causing the issue, or if it's even related to it
  3. Common shortcuts like Ctrl C, Ctrl V, Ctrl Shift <- are not working in game chat.
