So my english is very Bad but we can try it.

So everytime someone types a Message in the chat my Game just freezes for some seconds. Im not sure why but also i can see in the Logs that mass of Crash Reports pop up. But i cant deal with these because they are Game related. like crash reports of Auto Installed Mods, Like Forge. everytime i start the launcher even when i removed the Mods it pops back up. I posted some Screens of it under here its the Prnt Stuff.
