Can't install shader or resouce pack

Description

Hi,
Every time im trying to install a Shader pack or a Resource Pack it doesn't work, i open graphics settings, Shaders, download a shader, open the files in Laby (Shaders), want to** insert the shader** but there is just no shader. Same with the resource packs. A friend of mine had the same problem, but his worked after he'd moved at the desktop and then inserted it from the desktop into Laby.
