Can't disable mouse delay fix and it's annoying

Description

Labymod says "Mouse delay fix is disabled by default, but servers can enable it", and every time i join my favorite server "jogar.mush.com.br" it says mouse delay fix is enabled.
However, i want to disable it, as it makes my sensitivity weird, and inconsistent.
I already disabled it on single player, but when i join that server, it keeps enabling it back, and ignoring my setting.
Please fix this, as this is the main reason i keep going back to Labymod 3.

LabyMod Version: 4.2.13
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9
Installed Addons: Optifine
