Remove Fabric/Forge Mods Not Compatible with Version

Description
When browsing the mods for Fabric and Forge, any mod that doesn't support the version being used should be removed from the list. Alternatively, the versions the mods support can be shown at the bottom of the icon or in the description. If neither can be decided, just add a toggle to switch between the two.
