[IDEA] update mods in modpacks on version change

Description
It would be awesome if the new modpack feature in the labymod launcher could automatically try to update the mods to the new version if I change the minecraft version of the modpack in its settings instead of deleting all current mods.
That would make it much easier to switch to the newest version or others without having to download all mods every time.
