Fabric API is incompatible with Fabric loader

Description

When i want to use fabric mods for my multiplayer server i have to download Fabric loader and the API.
However when i have the API the loader uninstalls itself every time, i have tried to use different API versions but it never worked. What is the issue???

Operating System: Windows 10
LabyMod Version: 4.1.25
Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Installed Addons: ItemPhysics, Clear Water, Full Bright, Advanced Tooltip
