Yeah, apparently user @xConnorTV (Addon Developer) (and user @AlfredDerPro2015) has found a loophole in how he can hear people who are muted (without being friends with them).
Since @xConnorTV doesn't report it himself and thinks it's funny to walk around with it and talk to muted people, I'll report it myself.
Please fix it yo
