Suggestion / Bug Platform

For about 5 updates now I have been experiencing this error, from time to time my mouse has a delay as if it had V-sync activated or something like that, it moves VERY strangely and it is only on certain occasions, the only thing I can say is that at least When I play bedwars it happens to me, IT IS VERY ANNOYING to play with this bug, I literally can't do anything please fix it (This only happen in 1.8.9)
