Wasn't able to turn them on in any way. Even without any addons installed.

Operating System: Windows 11
LabyMod Version: 4.1.12+1048 snapshot/3cc1
Minecraft Version: 1.20.4

    I have the same problem. I noticed it when I set Interaction Entities and wanted to display the hitbox for them. Even the glowing frame of {Glowing:1b} was not displayed.

    Seems to be fixed in 1.20.5 & 1.20.6, but not on 1.20.4

    Go to the Chat Settings in Minecraft and make sure that Reduced Debug Info is set to Off
