Cant see my cape in labymod

Operating System: Windows 11
LabyMod Version: 4.1.11
Minecraft Version: 1.20.4
Installed Addons: Fancy Menu, Fullbright, chat utilities, Flux, Hyplus, Fabric Loader

    i went to the skin customizations in settings and chose the vanilla cape, ingame i cant see it

    Does the problem also occur without the Fabric Loader?

    but while looking around i couldn't help but notice how choppy and how high the response time is, fabric allows me to use sodium and other mods which make labymod much more playable
