When you download CustomNameTag Addon, then when you want to change somone nametag. if your gui scale is big, you are not allowed to click as shown in the imgage, but if you scale down in gui scale you can.

What i mean is you can't clic on add, it´s kind of hidden behind and I play in fancy theme.
