CustomNameTags Hide Background Not Working

https://labymod.net/de/idea/14951 got not completely fixed.
In 1.20.1 the option to hide the name tags background works for the player name tags but not for "sub name tags" like the Subtitles or the shared song from Spotify. In e.g. 1.8.9 it also hides those backgrounds.
