There must be a memory leak as the performance gets worse by the time. I have captured an extreme case when I had 4 accounts online (my MacBook has 64GB of RAM so 12.9GB of RAM per Account is not the problem). In the video you can see the RAM is running up to the limit, then something cets cleared and it drops back to 0 and starts to count up again.
