Can't login to website if custom title screen disabled

Description

When the custom title screen is disabled, the head icon to login to the website does not show up.

I'd propose to change the login process altogether as it's bad UX when the head is no there without any reason that can be seen by the user. Quick fix would be to always show the head, maybe greyed out with the reason as tooltip or to change the position, maybe to a general place in the LabyMod tab.
