Can't Install Fabric Loader on 1.20.2

Description

Every time I try to install the Fabric loader it just says failed to download on 1.20.2 it works fine on 1.19.4 for me

Operating System: Windows 10
LabyMod Version: 4.1.4+997 snapshot/902e64
Minecraft Version: 1.20.2

does this have to do something with java 17 I have installed?
cause it was working before i installed java 17
