Disable speed potion FOV effectively enable dynamic FOV

Description

On the in-game tab of LabyMod, within the Field-Of-View section, there is a mod titled Disable Speed Potion FOV, when enabled, if your FOV effects are already disabled within the minecraft settings, this mod will clash with that. This overwrites the effect of FOV Effects being disabled. In short, this mod enables dynamic FOV when speed isn't present. Not a huge issue considering FOV Effects on 0% should already disable speed FOV. (only tested without optifine.)

    I can't reproduce the issue with LabyMod 4.1.3. Is the issue still present for you?
