DamageIndicator Addon health brroken

Hello, after playing on a server that is frequented by myself and others, I have noticed that after a player dies, the Health Indicator above their head will get stuck at half a heart until you hit them.
The server I play on is called ROXBOT.com, and this issue is not present in LabyMod 3.
