Widgets not selectable/resizable at fixed positions

I noticed this when using the scoreboard widget. When it's positioned in either of the highlighted positions (see screenshot) you are not able to resize/select it by clicking on it.
I'm assuming that this is not intended behavior because it's incredibly confusing that the user would have to instead position it somewhere else to resize it and then move it there.
This bug also applies to all other widgets that have fixed positions predefined like armor and arrows.
