I don't see a Duplication here, the Person doesn't want to fully disable the Cosmetics like stated in the "Duplicate Post", instead he wants to see Cosmetics of "Non-Friends" but others should be disabled by that Setting.

@Timeox2k, yeah you're right, but we don't want to overwhelm the users with settings. I think the problem described in IDEA-8499 can already be solved using the "Max cosmetics per player" setting
