Laby Setting for FOV Effects is misleading

Description

The setting "Disable Speed Potion FOV" under the category "Field Of View" is misleading. Since it is not only changing the FOV when being effected by the speed effect, but also it changes while sprinting. In my opinion its description perfectly describes that it also prevents the FOV to change while sprinting, but the title needs to change since its not only for Speed Potions.

    Did you change something else like FOV Effects in the Video Settings of Minecraft or OptiFine?

    I had tried to change it with Distortion Effects but it didnt change anything. So i tried to find a Laby Setting for it, since at this moment i didnt have OF. Then i tried the setting and it worked
