The desktop shortcut button does not work

Description

The new shortcut button that was added to the account manager doesn't work. Upon clicking the button which should create a shortcut, it will display a pop-up in the top right "Account Manager" "mslinks/shellLink". The shortcut is not created.

Operating System: Windows 10
LabyMod Version: 4.0.0+728 snapshot/0f8d441f
Minecraft Version: 1.8.9

    Hello, yes. As I was trying it again to get the screenshot, it gave a more detailed "error" message the first time I tried it, but the following tries were the same as previously.

    Update:

    As I was experimenting with a different bug (Idea-11088) I noticed a link between the 2 bugs. This error does not occur in Labymod 4 1.19.4 much like how the bug IDEA-11088 does not occur in 1.19.4, but happens in 1.8.9.
