When enabling LabyMod->Performance->Blur Quality (does not matter if set to "Low", "Medium" or "High") it breaks the UI. When set to "Off" the UI looks normal.

Nearly every button has that weird texture of wrong rendered blur and this "texture" is moving and looks like these old TV screens when they have no signal:
What I also noticed is, that my graphics card starts to makes more coil whines sounds because it needs 80+ watts (up to 150 watts) more power. When Blur Quality is off, it needs much less watts of power. To generate that blur the graphics card should not require more than 50 watts of power.
Definitely a sign that that blurring is rendered wrong.
